IELTS

IELTS is the International English Language Testing System. It measures ability to communicate in English across all four language skills (listening, reading, writing and speaking) for people who intend to study or work where English is the language of communication.

Most universities ask for an IELTS score of 6.0 / 6.5 to enter an undergraduate level degree. Please contact your prospective university to check on the IELTS level needed. IELTS is a useful qualification as it teaches specific skills of skimming, scanning and summarization.

At ISE we offer IELTS private classes all through the year. We also offer IELTS evening classes when there is demand.

The examination fee for 2021 is £ 185 per candidate, depending on the centre booked.

ISE students have an excellent record of success in getting the IELTS score they needed for University.

IELTS certificates are also accepted by the UKBA for the new points-based immigration system.
